Knotty by Nature is a hands-on rug tufting studio where you’ll design and create your own custom rug in a guided, beginner-friendly workshop.

Whether you're planning a date night, girls’ night, celebrating a birthday, or just craving something different to do, our space is designed to feel relaxed, colorful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

And yes — you really do leave with a finished rug!

15x15 - The Mini - Rug Workshop

FAQs

  • Absolutely! We provide all the guidance, practice time, and supplies you’ll need — no experience required. 🙂

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your seat. Cancellations made 14 or more days before your scheduled workshop will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

    You’re welcome to transfer your seat to another guest up to 5 days before your workshop so they have time to submit their design. Because we begin preparing materials in advance, transfers within 5 days may not be possible.

    If Knotty by Nature Craft Studio cancels a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Yes! You can reschedule as long as your request is made more than 14 days before your workshop date.

  • Our workshops are recommended for ages 13+ due to tools used and length of the workshop.

    If you believe that your child will enjoy the tufting experience, we welcome them wholeheartedly to the class!

  • Yes! You can update your design up to 5 days before your workshop by emailing hello@knottybynaturecraft.com

  • Just yourself! All materials are included.

    Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, or headphones. If you have long hair, we recommend bringing a hair tie — we’ll be using tufting guns, trimmers, and hot glue guns.

  • Absolutely! We host private in-studio and mobile workshops for birthdays, team building, and special events. Reach out and tell us what you’re planning — we’d love to help.

  • We bring the tufting experience to you. Perfect for birthday parties, corporate team building, and group events.
